Uchi Review!

Calling all {Houston} sushi lovers! This past weekend Tyler and I went to Houston to celebrate one of my favorites, Ashley! Friday night was full of friends and sushi.. my kind of night! So if you live in, or visit, Houston you must do yourself a favor and try Uchi! They have an eclectic menu that will not disappoint! Here's the low-down on what we ordered. And I highly recommend every single one of these! There wasn't a bad one in the bunch!

Brussels Sprouts {Crispy with a sweet chili sauce)

Karaage {Fried marinated chicken with seasonal pickle}

Pitchfork {Wagyu beef, leek crisp, avocado, yuzu kosho}

Shag {Tempura roll, salmon, avocado, sun dried tomato}

Ham & Eggs {Katsu pork belly, yolk custard, espelette}

Peanut Butter Semifreddo {Apple-miso sorbet}

Have you tried Uchi before?! What were some of your favorites??
