Taste of Tuesday: Spaghetti Squash Options

Happy Tuesday, friends! I've been wanting to try spaghetti squash for a while now, but have been a little intimidated by it... and by intimidated I mean I'm not sure if I'll like it.  After researching, and seeing, some recipes I've found a few that really peaked my interest! I'm a huge carb pasta lover, so I'm interested to see how I like this version of 'spaghetti'. This is such a great way to cut the carbs, so hopefully one {or all} of these recipes are keepers! I'll let you know!

  1. The Parmesan and herb sounds tasty! Can't go wrong with a red sauce and meatballs though!

  2. You will love spaghetti squash! I don't remember the last time I actually cooked noodles, ha! I ordered spaghetti at a restaurant fairly recently and thought it tasted weird because it had noodles instead of spaghetti squash, ha! And I'm lazy and cook the squash in the microwave because it's way faster than the oven!

  4. Yum!! I recently jumped on the spaghetti squash train and I'm so glad I did! You can do so much with it. I made low-carb beef stroganoff the other night!

  5. I am such a pasta lover too! In fact, I added to the hop a homemade marinara sauce that's going on stuffed shells for tonight's dinner. :) Can't wait to hear how these turn out!

  7. Spaghetti squash is awesome! I cant even decide which dish looks the best. She loves baking with it instead of the big carb type of stuff! Ironically I was going to do my recipe today on Spaghetti squash Alfredo but decided on another recipe. Maybe I'll do the squash one next week?
