Hello from FL! As you all know, I have been diligently going to Pure Barre classes - at least 5-6 times per week (when I'm in town)!! It's definitely an addiction and one that I'm proud of! You also know that I love, love, love to eat! Tyler bluntly told me that "my diet sucks"... which he's right. Why should I work SO hard at PB classes, only to eat a hamburger and cookies junk?! No more!!
Tyler and I have a goal - we are going to prepare meals (check out Cindy's Food Prep-101 here) on Sunday's and only eat clean! My travel schedule has been beyond crazy the past few months, so starting Thursday (tradeshow season is o v e r!), we are changing our {eating} lifestyle! So excited for this goal! It will only help my PB results (stay tuned for an update)!! :)
Since I've been traveling non-stop, I haven't been cooking... so I'll leave you with some Pinterest recipes that are ALL clean eating! These sound amazing and right up our alley! Next week will be a meal that I've prepared.. pinky promise, loves!

Love that you are deciding to go clean eating. i have been doing it for awhile and prep work is key! Anything you can "make and take" leaves less chance of a slip up. Good luck!
ReplyDeleteYay for clean eating! That BBQ rosemary pork looks to die for!! & I really need to suck it up & just pay for those Pure Barre classes.. I keep hearing so many good things about them!
ReplyDeleteAll of those pictures look SOOO good! I can't wait to see what you will be busy making this weekend!! :)
ReplyDeleteI love that you guys are trying to eat clean. I am definitely going to pin a few of these for later. The tilapia recipe looks really good! I don't care for fish all that much, but Jordan loves it so I've been trying to make it more. Have a good trip!
ReplyDeleteQuestion: I might have just missed your post on this, but what exactly constitutes as "eating clean"? Is there a specific guideline of food rules?
ReplyDeleteThanks for all the yummy recipes! The vegetarian quinoa looks great! I've started eating (mostly) clean in January and am always looking for something new!
ReplyDeleteI'm interested in trying out Pure Barre (hopefully in June when I'm in town for a full month)! Were you extremely sore after your first class?
Tyler tells me my diet sucks atleast once a day. You'd think I was starving the poor boy. ohh boys will be boys!
ReplyDeleteThanks so much for posting these healthy recipes! I was just looking around for some healthy dinners, I'm getting tired of the same old stuff! Hope things start to slow down for you, I'm in the same "busy" boat, but only 2 1/2 weeks until school's out for the summer!!!
ReplyDeleteI have been looking for better clean eating recipes! These all look fantastic! Of course I will have to make Aaron something "not so clean" on the side... ya know, guys need crap to eat for some reason ;)
