I don't know what it is, but lately I haven't been sleeping all that great. Maybe it's because Riley wakes us up every 2-hours, on the dot. Or maybe it's stress from work. Who knows! - 1 cup of Tart Cheery Juice
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup of Soy milk
- 5 ice cubes
- 1/4 teaspoon of pure Vanilla extract
|Step 1: Combine cherry juice, soy milk, banana, vanilla extract and ice in a blender. Blend until smooth.|
