I don't know about y'all, but I love Asian food!! When I saw this recipe on Pinterest, I had to try it. It's definitely a new staple in the Miller household and Tyler's favorite. SO easy and very tasty!! Here's the scoop!
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup of soy sauce
-1/2 cup of sherry
- 1/4 cup of honey
- 2 Tbsp of sesame oil
- 2 Tbsp of minced ginger
- 2 Tbsp minced garlic
- 3 Tsp of crushed red pepper flakes
- 2 flat iron steaks
- 2 Tbsp of roasted sesame seeds
- 2 green onions, chopped
Step 1: Mix soy sauce, sherry, honey, sesame oil, ginger, garlic and red pepper flakes together in a large bowl. |
Step 2: Add flat iron steak to mixture and be sure to submerge the steak completely. Cover and refrigerate for 3-6 hours. |
Step 3: Grill steak to your liking. |
Step 4: Slice steak into strips |
Step 5: Chop green onions, for garnish |
Step 6: Garnish steak with roasted sesame seeds and green onions and serve with rice. Enjoy! |
