I have been in a snacking mood lately and this snack has been super refreshing, especially in this TX heat! I absolutely love cream cheese, so it's easy to see why I gravitate toward this spread! It's great to spread on a bagel for breakfast or to just snack with some Ritz crackers! The possibilities are endless. Enough talk - let's get down to the recipe business!
Ingredients:
- 2 packages of 8 ounce cream cheese
- 1 package of smoked salmon
-1/2 cup of purple onion, finely chopped
-1 large jalapeno, finely chopped
Directions:
1. Set out cream cheese until softened
2. Finely shop purple onion and jalepeno
3.Fold in onion and jalapeno to the cream cheese
4. Chop the salmon
5. Fold in salmon until mixed well
6. Serve on a bagel or crackers
What are your favorite appetizers? Will you be adding this easy recipe to your snack list?
4. Go meet some new friends and find some new recipes or restaurants to try!
